Instagram has become one of my favorite apps. Over the last few years, it's where I've been posting photos of my adventures, things that inspire me and the sketches I'm creating.

Warm-Up

I recently enrolled in a Skillshare course, taught by the talented Matt Kaufenberg, and it has inspired me to start adding different brushes and textures into my drawings. Practice, practice, practice. This is a warm-up sketch that is based off of a picture from The Sartorialist, which is an amazing site full of great fashion inspiration!

Lucian Freud: 1922-2011

I have always been a big fan of Freud. A few years back, I took my first Photoshop class at FIT with William Low. In order to learn about the program and it's brushes, I chose to practice with one of my favorite paintings. He will be missed.
