The 100 Day Project (continued)
Getting close to the halfway mark for "The 100 Day Project" - a mix of experiments from days 21 to 43. Been having a lot of fun with these!

Sketchbook
Sketching while I watch SyFy’s ‘FaceOff’ season 9. It’s an interesting group this season! Can’t wait to draw more of the cast. A wise man once told me that you should "sketch anywhere and everywhere -
even when you're watching something on TV." I didn't realize how
important that was until just recently.

Birds
I like sketching birds whenever I can. These were drawn while watching a program on NatGeo about the different species and their migration patterns. This time around I tried using a bigger sketchpad with broader strokes.

California Pt. 2
San Francisco was wonderful! Absolutely beautiful and although we were only there for two days, we saw a bunch of the city. I loved being able to share such great moments with my three talented friends Peter, Dave and Callan!

As for our time in Burbank... all I can say is MAGICAL! I had attended CTN's Animation Expo last year, but I must say they just keep getting better and better. While Dave and Peter stayed at their booth and attended portfolio reviews, I was off galavanting with Callan. There were so many workshops/lectures that weekend, it was hard to pick which ones to check out! Here's a bunch of sketches from the last few panels I had attended:

Keep an eye out for one more California post!
