I started to color this in photoshop but decided I liked it as a pencil. Before I was even finished with the sketch, "Olivia" made sure to add her mark: name and freckles. A collaboration. :-)

Lucian Freud: 1922-2011

I have always been a big fan of Freud. A few years back, I took my first Photoshop class at FIT with William Low. In order to learn about the program and it's brushes, I chose to practice with one of my favorite paintings. He will be missed.
