One very exciting event was the wedding of my best friend which I attended just last weekend in Athens, GA. Not only was I lucky enough to be the MOH but I was also asked to collaborate with Don Dailey to create their cake topper! It started as a simple sketch, was then altered and carved out by my dad and then finished with a layer of paint by yours truly.
I think it turned out pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. Not only did I get comments/praise all night from staff, family members and new friends but the bride and groom loved it too! I wish them all the best and of course, wouldn't mind doing another one of these sometime soon...
